No, you don't need to send your equipment to install HDassist. The devices are designed in such a way that users can easily install them themselves.
2Is there a warranty for your products?
All products manufactured by us come with a 12-month warranty for business customers and a 24-month warranty for private customers.
3Where are your products made?
All our products are assembled in Poland and manually checked to ensure the highest quality standards.
4Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
5What payments method do you offer?
You can pay with credit cards through Stripe service or via traditional bank transfer.
6Do you offer custom solutions for my camera?

7When will my order ship?
Usually, the shipping time for available products is 24 hours. Please check the availability on the product page in our online store.
8What is the dynamic range of HDassist?
We have not measured it. Please keep in mind that the video assist in film cameras is used for framing and (sometimes in good conditions) focus evaluation. Our solution is a significant upgrade compared to old SD systems, but don't expect image quality similar to modern digital film cameras.
9Can I order a customized product?
Currently, we offer custom engraving on the surface of our products. We are also working on an in-house anodizing solution that will allow us to offer even more color options for your gear!
10Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders. We welcome cooperation with rental companies and other B2B customers. Please feel free to get in touch for details.
11I have an EU-VAT number, can I expect to make purchases without VAT?
